FAQs
Why is moisturiser important?

As the final step in your skincare routine (before sunscreen!), it is important to use a moisturiser. Toners, serums, and even cleansers often contain humectants that absorb moisture from the air to hydrate your skin; moisturisers seal in all that hydration you’ve gained, preventing it from escaping. Keeping the skin hydrated is important for maintaining skin health and elasticity.

What kind of moisturiser do I need?

Depends on your personal preference! If you consider your skin to be oily, we recommend going for a lighter consistency so it doesn’t feel too heavy. However, the opposite applies to dry skin type—a heavier consistency (a thick cream versus a watery lotion) helps to keep the skin well hydrated.

Do I need to use moisturiser in the morning?

Depends on your skin type! If you have dry skin, we recommend using it as part of your morning routine, before sunscreen. The Hydrating Moisturiser also works well as a primer for makeup to lay flawlessly.
