When will I receive my order?
Orders to West Malaysia will be received within 2-3 business days.
Orders to East Malaysia will be received within 7-10 business days.
International orders will be received within 14-20 working days.
We process your orders by 2pm (GMT+8) on the next working day.
Are taxes and duties included?
International orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), which could incur fees, duties and import taxes charged by your local customs authority upon delivery.
My order is delayed or missing. What do I do?

Orders created on other platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada) will need to be handled through the respective platform’s customer support.
My order was damaged upon arrival. What do I do?
We take full responsibility for goods damaged due to manufacturing defects by providing free returns and a replacement. If you ordered on www.gote.club , please contact us within 10 days at hello@gote.club or DM @gote.club on Instagram with your Order Number and photos of the affected products.
However, we are not liable for shipping-related damages as we have taken measures to securely wrap your products.

Can I cancel or change the details of my order?
As we process orders promptly, we will try our best to accommodate your request if the order has not been fulfilled. We are not able to make changes once your package leaves our facility.

Can I request a refund?
